1. Conditions of Sale
In order to create a contract between you and us, please follow the simple on screen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order on the website. To place an order for the products select go to the checkout page, confirm your order details. In doing this you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges.
The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you, the purchaser and us, Williams Parrot Farm, will take place on dispatch of the products unless we have notified you that we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled it. Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation.

Copyright in the design, text and graphics contained in the website is held by Williams Parrot Farm. The use of the photographs on the website is under license to Williams Parrot Farm, copyright for these photographs remains with the individual photographers.

5. Legal Statement
Prices on this website are effective until 31st March 2009. GST is currently charged at 15% and is included in the price of items. We reserve the right to alter prices should the GST rate change.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colors is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow and that the descriptions are accurate. However as we try to keep all our products natural, slight variations may occur.

6. Personal Information/privacy policy
When purchasing from our website, we will ask you to input some personal information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, delivery address, billing address and credit card information. However, we do not require that you give us any information about yourself before you reach the checkout area of our site.

We treat all your personal information as completely confidential. We will only use this information to:

•To contact you with special offers, competitions or to notify you of new products.
•For statistical information to help us improve our website, services and products we offer to you.
We will not under any circumstance pass your personal information onto any third parties.

We do not have access to your credit card information as this is dealt with by our secure payment option, PayPal. Your credit card information is not stored and after the transaction has been completed, there will be no record of this.
